  • Our care partner team enhances—not replaces—your EAP. We complement existing resources and will refer team members to the EAP or other professional support to ensure they receive the best possible care.

  • We provide support for your team during both everyday business activities and times of crisis, whether challenges arise in the workplace or beyond.

  • We make both in-person and remote visits. Many of our clients find that weekly visits have the most impact and offer the greatest value.

  • Our team can serve one or multiple locations.

  • We treat all business and employee information with the utmost confidentiality and only disclose information if there is a clear risk of harm to individuals or property.

  • By law, we must report self-harm or threats of harm to self or others to the appropriate authorities.

  • Our select team of carefully screened care partners are required to complete a comprehensive training course and suicide prevention training through accredited organizations and specialize in areas such of grief, depression, anxiety and crisis management.

  • Some of the typical conversations our care partners address are about marriage, relationships, parenting, conflict, finances, health issues, stress, and anxiety.

  • Monthly, you will receive a report summarizing anonymous stories that highlight engagement and the type of topics discussed.

  • Our care partner are intentional to ensure our presence as a relational resource will not interrupt the workflow of your teams.

  • Your employees can reach out to your care partner team 24/7/365. Our care partners will follow up within 24 hours. (Note: Our team is not a substitute for emergency professionals.)

  • We serve your employees and family members of their immediate households.

  • Our onboarding team will help you communicate the care benefits to your team.
