Your CoreCare Partners
Eric Smith
Eric’s career has always centered on people. From serving as a first responder and fitness trainer to spending more than two decades in healthcare, he has built his work around supporting people through real-life challenges, transitions, and moments of growth.
Today, as the founder of CoreCare Partners, Eric brings a well-rounded blend of professional insight and personal experience to his work as a certified life coach and chaplain. His work is shaped by the belief that growth often begins through honest conversations, steady presence, and the support to face what is in front of us. That belief fuels his passion for helping leaders strengthen their organizations by supporting the people who make them thrive.
Outside of work, Eric enjoys exploring the Inland Northwest with his family and serving the local community in ways that reflect his faith and heart for people.
Tania Waterman
Born in Brazil and raised in the United States, Tania is a compassionate presence who believes a “broken” chapter is never the end, but the beginning of something new. After walking through the pain of divorce and a season of rebuilding, she found a steady foundation in her faith in God.
Today, as a devoted mother, grandmother, and certified Life Coach, Tania walks alongside women navigating life’s complexities, offering a nurturing presence and the reminder that no one has to walk alone.
An explorer at heart, she finds joy in time with her grandchildren, road trips, and quiet moments under the stars with her husband.
Scott Sparley
With more than 20 years in pastoral ministry, Scott is a certified chaplain with extensive experience in compassionate care.
Recently retired as a Care Pastor from the church he and his wife still attend, he now serves in chaplain ministry, caring for those in need and shepherding individuals and families in the workplace.
When not serving the local community or officiating weddings, Scott and his wife enjoy spending time with their five grandchildren, camping, and investing in meaningful friendships.
Hannah Chuyashov
Hannah was born in Ukraine and immigrated to the United States as a child. She is a wife and a mom of three. As a parent of two boys with a rare medical condition, she has firsthand experience navigating complex challenges with strength and compassion.
Hannah previously worked in the Emergency Room, where she supported individuals and families during some of their most difficult moments. She now serves as a volunteer care minister at her church.
Caring for others is more than a role for Hannah — it's her passion. She is committed to walking alongside people, offering hope, encouragement, and meaningful connection through trusted relationships.
