Your CoreCare Partners

Eric Smith

Eric has spent his entire career in the business of people—serving others as a first responder, fitness coach, and later through more than two decades in the commercial healthcare industry. Today, as a workplace care partner, life coach and speaker, Eric brings both professional insight and personal compassion to his work. His belief in the impact of genuine care and connection inspired the creation of CoreCare Partners, a workplace wellness initiative dedicated to strengthening organizations by supporting the people who make them thrive.

When he’s not helping organizations invest in their people, Eric enjoys exploring the Inland Northwest with his family, golfing, mountain biking, and serving the local community.
